There are lots of properties you can access on the character-level to classify the category of the character.

Ex: isSymbol, isNumber, isLetter, isPunctuation, isUppercased, isLowercased, isCased, isCurrencySymbol, isMathSymbol, isHexDigit, isWholeNumber, isWhitespace, isNewline, isASCII.
